Business Summary: Enter Air SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the provision of charter air services. The Company's activities are divided into two business segments: Airline services and Sales on board. The Airline services division offers charter flights, as well as certified flight trainings in the field of civil aviation. Its fleet includes over 15 Boeing aircrafts. The Sales on board segment is responsible for the provision of airline catering services and duty free products, such as alcohol, perfumes and tobacco. Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the three months ended 31 March 2024, Enter Air SA revenues increased 25% to PLN392.9M. Net loss increased from PLN16.5M to PLN64.3M. Revenues reflect Airline Services segment increase of 24% to PLN375.5M, Board Services segment increase of 47% to PLN17.4M, Poland segment increase of 46% to PLN344.3M. Higher net loss reflects Foreign Exchange Loss decrease from PLN23.2M (income) to PLN16.6M (expense).
