Business Summary: SOL SpA is an Italy-based company primarily engaged in the research, production and distribution of industrial, pure and medicinal gases. It is also involved in the home care medical business. The Company’s product portfolio includes oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, argon, sulfur hexafluoride, carbon dioxide, ozone, helium and mixtures of medicinal gases, among others. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is involved in the provision of home care services, such as oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, diagnosis and care of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, artificial nutrition, telemedicine, health assistance, and the prevention and treatment of skin ulcers. Additionally, it is engaged in the supply and management of medical and technological devices for home care. Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2025, SOL SpA revenues increased 12% to EUR874.1M. Net income increased 11% to EUR83.5M. Revenues reflect Home Care segment increase of 14% to EUR451.9M, Gas Pipelines and On-Site segment increase of 10% to EUR459.1M, EEC (Except Italy) segment increase of 14% to EUR539.1M, Italy segment increase of 10% to EUR335M. Net income was partially offset by Eliminations segment loss increase of 8% to EUR356K.
