Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025, Regency Centers Corp revenues increased 7% to $1.55B. Net income applicable to common stockholders increased 33% to $513.8M. Revenues reflect NAREIT FFO - Per Share - Diluted - Total increase of 8% to $4.64, Lease income increase of 7% to $1.51B, Management, transaction, and other fees increase of 2% to $28.4M. Net income benefited from Net Operating Income (NOI), Total increase of 7% to $1.12B.
