Revenues reflect Forwarding/Freight segment decrease of 37% to EUR18.03B, Express segment decrease of 10% to EUR24.32B, Americas segment decrease of 20% to EUR17.82B, Asia/Pacific segment decrease of 19% to EUR14.89B. Net income also reflects Staff Costs increase of 4% to EUR26.98B (expense).
