Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. Net income benefited from Corporate segment loss decrease of 64% to $2.2M, Fintech segment income increase of 1% to $6.4M. Dividend per share increased from $0.10 to $0.12.
