Net income applicable to common stockholders excluding extraordinary items decreased 1% to PLN25.3M. Revenues reflect Chemicals segment increase of 40% to PLN19.7M, Hotels & Restaurants segment increase of 5% to PLN114M. Net income was offset by Third Party Expenses increase of 56% to PLN64.3M (expense), Financial Income decrease of 58% to PLN2.6M (income).
