Business Summary: Kingsgate Consolidated Limited is an Australia-based gold and silver mining, development and exploration company. The Company and its Thai subsidiary, Akara Resources Public Company Limited, own the Chatree Gold Mine (Chatree) in central Thailand. In addition, the Company has an advanced development project, Nueva Esperanza, in the highly prospective Maricunga Gold/Silver Belt in Chile. The Chatree is located in central Thailand, approximately 280 kilometers (Kms) north of Bangkok. Chatree’s operations have historically been a large-scale, low-grade, open-pit gold mine.
