Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025, Banca Transilvania SA interest income increased 14% to RON12.77B. Net interest income after loan loss provision increased 24% to RON8.07B. Net income increased 2% to RON4.66B. Net interest income after loan loss provision reflects increase in interest earning assets and decrease in interest bearing liabilities. Net income was partially offset by Fee and commission expenses increase of 19% to RON1.22B (expense).
