Business Summary: Cohen & Steers Infrastructure Fund, Inc. is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is total return, with an emphasis on income through investment in securities issued by infrastructure companies. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in securities issued by infrastructure companies, which consist of utilities, pipelines, toll roads, airports, railroads, ports, telecommunications companies and other infrastructure companies.
