Business Summary: InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust is a Canada-based real estate investment trust engaged in increasing unitholder value and creating a distribution through the acquisition and ownership of multi-residential properties. Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2025, Interrent Real Estate Investment Trust revenues increased 1% to C$124.7M. Net loss totaled C$1.8M vs. income of C$25.6M. Revenues reflect FFO per Share (Basic) increase of 5% to C$0.16, FFO per Share (Diluted) increase of 5% to C$0.16. Net loss reflects Net Operating Income (NOI) decrease of less than 1% to C$82M, Administrative costs increase of 67% to C$14.2M (expense).
