Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the three months ended 31 March 2025, Sachem Capital Corp revenues decreased 32% to $11.4M. Net loss applicable to common stockholders totaled $213K vs. income of $3.6M. Revenues reflect Interest income from loans decrease of 38% to $7.9M, Fee income from loans decrease of 46% to $1.4M, Other investment income decrease of 98% to $6K.
