Business Summary: Valmet Oyj is a Finland-based company, which is engaged in the development and provision of services and technologies for the pulp, paper and energy industries. The Company’s services cover whole cycle from maintenance outsourcing to mill and plant improvements and spare parts. Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025, Valmet Oyj revenues decreased 3% to EUR5.2B. Net income applicable to common stockholders decreased less than 1% to EUR279M. Revenues reflect a decrease in demand for the Company's products and services due to unfavorable market conditions. Dividend per share remained flat at EUR1.35. Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items decreased from EUR1.52 to EUR1.51.
