Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025, Merko Ehitus AS revenues decreased 42% to EUR310.9M. Net income decreased 38% to EUR39.9M. Revenues reflect a decrease in demand for the Company's products and services due to unfavorable market conditions. Net income also reflects Impairment of inventories increase from EUR0K to EUR1M (expense). Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items decreased from EUR3.65 to EUR2.26.
