The REIT’s portfolio of the Company comprises of 84 commercial properties totalling approximately 9.7 million square feet of gross leasable area.
Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2025, Artis Real Estate Investment Trust revenues decreased 27% to C$121.4M. Net loss applicable to common stockholders increased 43% to C$18.4M. Revenues reflect U.S. segment decrease of 32% to C$67M, FFO per Share (Basic) decrease of 31% to C$0.18, FFO per Share (Diluted) decrease of 33% to C$0.17. Higher net loss reflects Net Operating Income (NOI)-Industrial decrease of 48% to C$15.1M.
