Business Summary: Sygnity SA is a Poland-based company active in the information technology (IT) sector. It focuses on IT consulting, software development and deployment, IT system integration, outsourcing, hardware delivery and installation, local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) construction, technical support for software, trainings and others. The Company operates in two segments: IT and others. The IT segment covers mainly manufacture, purchase and sale of integrated IT systems, infrastructure and computer equipment for banking and finance, industry, telecommunications, public and public utilities sectors. Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the three months ended 31 March 2026, Sygnity SA revenues increased 41% to PLN102M. Net income increased 77% to PLN18.8M. Revenues reflect Maintenance Services segment increase of 55% to PLN47.8M, Implementation Services segment increase of 22% to PLN46.1M. Net income benefited from Interest Expense decrease of 89% to PLN26K (expense), Interest Income increase of 17% to PLN1.3M (income).
