Business Summary: Genesis Energy, L.P. is a diversified midstream energy master limited partnership. The Company’s operations include offshore pipeline transportation, sulfur services, onshore facilities and transportation and marine transportation. Its operations are primarily located in the Gulf Coast region of the United States and the Gulf of Mexico. Its offshore pipeline transportation segment includes the transportation and processing of crude oil and natural gas in the Gulf of Mexico.
