Business Summary: Globe Trade Centre SA (GTC) is a Poland-based holding company engaged in the real estate sector. The Company operates within two real estate market segments, including Office and Commercial Space Rental, and Residential Development for Sale. Through subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates, the Company operates commercial and residential real estate companies in Poland, Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, the Russian Federation, Slovakia, Hungary and Ukraine. Its portfolio consists of commercial buildings, residential properties and undeveloped plots of land. The Company is engaged in real estate management, as well as real estate purchasing, sales and rental. Among the Company’s clients are such companies as Carrefour, Cora, Zara, Reserved, Peek & Cloopenburg, C&A, H&M, Cinema City and New Yorker, among others. The main shareholder of the Company is LSREF III GTC Investments BV (LSREF).
Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the nine months ended 30 September 2019, Globe Trade Centre S.A. revenues increased 8% to EUR124.6M. Net income decreased 8% to EUR62.6M. Revenues reflect Rental revenue increase of 15% to EUR93.9M, Service revenue increase of 6% to EUR30.8M. Net income was offset by FV Adjustments on Investment Property decrease of 86% to EUR4.6M (income), Administration expenses - Balancing valu increase of 83% to EUR14.6M (expense).
