Business Summary: Keyera Corp. operates an integrated energy infrastructure business. The Company's predominantly fee-for-service-based business consists of natural gas gathering and processing; natural gas liquids processing, transportation, storage and marketing; iso-octane production and sales, and a condensate system in the Edmonton/Fort Saskatchewan area of Alberta. Its segments include Gathering and Processing, Liquids Infrastructure and Marketing. The Gathering and Processing segment owns and operates raw gas gathering pipelines and processing plants, which collect and process raw natural gas, remove waste products and separate economic components, primarily natural gas liquids (NGLs). The Liquids Infrastructure segment owns and operates a network of facilities for the gathering, processing, storage and transportation of the by-products of natural gas processing. The Marketing segment is involved in the marketing of propane, butane, condensate and iso-octane, and engages in liquids blending.
Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2025, Keyera Corp revenues increased 4% to C$3.37B. Net income increased 21% to C$256.9M. Revenues reflect Marketing segment increase of 4% to C$2.79B, Liquid Infrastructure segment increase of 10% to C$219.8M, United States segment increase of 15% to C$912.8M, Canada segment increase of less than 1% to C$2.46B. Net income benefited from Foreign currency(gain) loss decrease from C$21.5M (expense) to C$23M (income).
