Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2025, Kimco Realty Corp revenues increased 6% to $1.06B. Net income applicable to common stockholders increased from $91.5M to $279.3M. Revenues reflect NAREIT FFO - Per Share - Basic - Total increase of 11% to $0.45, NAREIT FFO - Per Share - Diluted - Total increase of 10% to $0.44. Net income benefited from Collateralized real estate segment income increase of 19% to $346.5M, Net Operating Income (NOI).
