Business Summary: MLP SE is a Germany-based holding company engaged in the investment management and fund operators industries. Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates as a financial services company which offers financial products and solutions. The Company operates four business segments. The Financial Services segment provides consulting services, insurance, investments, pension provision schemes and loans, as well as contract brokering concerning these financial services, among others. Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2023, MLP SE revenues increased 3% to EUR973.5M. Net income applicable to common stockholders decreased 6% to EUR48.6M. Revenues reflect Internal Services & Administration segment increase of 39% to EUR16.2M, Banking segment increase of 48% to EUR6.5M. Net income was offset by Inventory changes increase from EUR17.8M (income) to EUR11.3M (expense), Personnel Expenses increase of 11% to EUR209.1M (expense).
