Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the nine months ended 31 December 2023, ePlus inc revenues increased 6% to $1.67B. Net income increased 8% to $93.8M. Revenues reflect Product segment increase of 6% to $1.42B, Managed Services segment increase of 22% to $99.3M. Net income benefited from Technology Business Unit segment income increase of 6% to $108M. Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items increased from $3.26 to $3.53.
