Business Summary: Stalexport Autostrady SA is a Poland-based holding company focusing its activity on the construction and exploitation of motorways. The Company is principally engaged in the exploitation of the A4 motorway Katowice - Krakow section, adapting of the other existing sections of motorway to the standards of toll motorway, as well as participation in the selected tenders and executing the contracts for construction and exploitation of the successive motorway projects. Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the nine months ended 30 September 2025, Stalexport Autostrady SA revenues increased 9% to PLN473M. Net income decreased 16% to PLN114.9M. Revenues reflect Management, Advisory & Rental Services segment increase of 3% to PLN3.8M.
