Business Summary: PGIM Global High Yield Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide a high level of current income. The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing primarily in high yield fixed income instruments of companies and governments located around the world, including emerging markets. Under normal market conditions at least 80% of the Fund’s Investable Assets will be invested in a portfolio of global high yield fixed income instruments with varying maturities and other investments (including derivatives) with similar economic characteristics. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its Investable Assets in loan participations and assignments. The Fund may invest in issuers who are in default at the time of purchase.
