Business Summary: Plaza Centers N.V. is a Netherlands-based property developer focused on western-style shopping and entertainment centers. Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2024, Plaza Centers N.V. revenues was not reported. Net loss increased from EUR601K to EUR8.9M. Higher net loss reflects Finance income decrease of 99% to EUR75K (income), Finance costs increase of 35% to EUR8.1M (expense), Other Income decrease of 84% to EUR29K (income). Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items decreased from -EUR0.09 to -EUR1.30.
