Business Summary: Severn Trent Plc is a United Kingdom-based holding company of Severn Trent Water Limited (STWL) and the ultimate holding company of Severn Trent Utilities Finance Plc (STUF). The Company provides water and waste water services. The Company operates through two divisions: Regulated Water and Waste Water, and Severn Trent Business Services. Regulated Water and Waste Water division includes the wholesale water and waste water activities of the Company’s regulated businesses, STWL and Hafren Dyfrdwy and its retail services to domestic customers. Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 September 2025, Severn Trent Plc revenues increased 18% to L1.44B. Net income increased 61% to L227.4M. Revenues reflect Regulated Water and Waste Water segment increase of 19% to L1.35B, Business Services segment increase of 11% to L99.9M. Net income benefited from Finance income increase of 4% to L75.5M (income). Dividend per share increased from L0.49 to L0.50.
