Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the three months ended 31 March 2024, RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust revenues increased 9% to C$303.4M. Net income increased 9% to C$128.6M. Revenues reflect Residential inventory sales increase from C$0K to C$10.5M, Common area maintenance recoveries increase of 12% to C$53.3M, Rental revenue - Balancing value increase of 7% to C$62.6M.
