Business Summary: UNIQA Insurance Group AG is an Austria-based holding company and is engaged in providing products and services in property and casualty insurance, life insurance and health insurance. The Company operates in three segments: UNIQA Austria, UNIQA International and Reinsurance. The segment UNIQA Austria includes the Austrian insurance business. The UNIQA International segment has all international primary insurance companies and international service companies as well as investment management companies and pension funds. The Reinsurance segment includes UNIQA Re AG (Zurich, Switzerland) and the reinsurance business of UNIQA Insurance Group AG. Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2024, UNIQA Insurance Group AG revenues increased 10% to EUR7.1B. Net income before extraordinary items increased 7% to EUR345.4M. Revenues reflect Insurance revenue increase of 9% to EUR6.56B. Net income was partially offset by Consolidation segment loss increase of 8% to EUR635.2M, Cost Ratio - Uniqa Austria increase of 3% to 24.6%. Dividend per share increased from EUR0.57 to EUR0.60.
