Unlike the most of commodity complex, Brent crude posted mild gains on Monday and closed just shy of 118 USD per barrel. Despite the fact that the OPEC production reaches the highest levels since the end of 2008 (return of Libya’s oil and Saudi’s production of nearly 10 million barrels per day), the supply-demand balance remains relatively tight.
