On 6 February 2013, the Supervisory Board of UNIPETROL, a.s. resolved to recall Mr. Mariusz Kędra from his office of a member of the Board of Directors of UNIPETROL, a.s. with effect as of 6 February 2013.
On 6 February 2013, the Supervisory Board of UNIPETROL, a.s. elected Mr. Mirosław Kastelik to office of member of the Board of Directors of UNIPETROL, a.s. with effect as of 6 February. Mr. Mirosław Kastelik will replace Mr. Mariusz Kędra in the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of UNIPETROL, a.s.
