Včera byl první konečný termín pro Komisi cenných papírů rozhodnout o povinné nabídce odkupu minoritních akcionářů, vyhlášenou společností PKN. Cena odkupu zatím není známa. Nebyly zveřejněny žádné zprávy týkajících se schválení, zamítnutí nebo žádosti o více informací. Pokud by KCP objevila nějaké nejasnosti, konečný termín pro její rozhodnutí by byl 21. července. Připomínáme, že Unipetrol je na tzv. „Watch list“ Patrie.
