The PX-50 index closed up 0.37% with the gainers led by Zentiva and Komercni banka. Zentiva rose after the announcement of its inclusion into the MSCI index series, while Komercni banka's strength followed the S&P rating upgrade. CEZ however dropped over 2% on no news; most of the explanations for the decline related to the Slovenske elektrarne privatization and the potential risks of overpaying for the purchase. Other names traded with insignificant volume. The volume in the SPAD system reached USD 54.2m.
