Romanian government officials said yesterday that five investors have expressed an interest in two state-owned regional power distributors (each having more than 1.3m clients and equity above USD 120m): CEZ, E.ON of Germany, Public Power Co. of Greece, the US-based AES, and the Spanish Union Fenosa Int.
