The headline PX-50 index closed Friday unchanged at 624 points, the blue-chip PX-D index closed at 1,545.7 points, down 0.2% on the week.
The major gainer last week was Ceske radiokomunikace, which gained strong 7.3% to CZK 340.8, Unipetrol added 5.6% to CZK 63.1, the stock continues to be driven by privatization-related news. Philip Morris gained 1.3% on no apparent news. The banking titles also closed the week stronger - Erste Bank added 0.8% and Komercni banka gained 0.3%. Cesky Telecom lost 5.0% on the week and closed Friday at CZK 262.7. CEZ closed the week at CZK 135.5, down 0.2%.
Komercni banka was again the most traded stock last week (USD 50.5m), when total traded volume on the PSE reached USD 171.4m, which was 7% below the average 12M weekly volume of USD 183.7m.
