Swedbank of Sweden is reportedly selling its 3.8% stake in Erste Bank (approx. 2.3 mil. shares) through Deutsche Bank at a value of EUR 73-75 per share, Reuters reported yesterday. The stock offer was reportedly oversubscribed; no further details were released. The transaction set off a 2% decline in Erste Bank stock yesterday.
