Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2025, BayWa AG revenues decreased 17% to EUR6.86B. Net loss applicable to common stockholders excluding extraordinary items increased 37% to EUR385M. Revenues reflect Discontinued Operation segment decrease of 36% to EUR1.13B, BayWa Agri Supply & Trade segment decrease of 19% to EUR1.17B. Higher net loss reflects Other operating expenses increase of 45% to EUR651.7M (expense).
