In a press release, PGE flagged it will go ahead with the realization of the Opole power block project. The company said the ruling passed yesterday by Poland’s Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) means the environmental decision is subject to execution and thanks to that, PGE GiEK, which holds the final permits for the construction, is continuing the investment process at Elektrownia Opole power station.
