Fortuna to End Talks on Finding Strategic Partner For its Lottery in March

Radim Haluza, Fortuna’s general director, tells Hospodarske Noviny newspaper that the company has contacted four possible strategic partners. Haluza rejected speculation that Penta may be mulling sale of Fortuna (lottery) to Sazka. The company still expects to pay out 70% to 100% of profit and  to reach upper band of Ebitda estimate of EU21m-Eu22m for 2012. Fortuna wants to get out of loss in 1Q 2013. /Potential strategic partner for its lottery business could be slightly positive for Fortuna. Fortuna originally expected to breakeven in this segment in 1H13. The 2012 outlook only reiterates what already has been said
