The Czech koruna was rather quiet
yesterday due to a bank holiday in London.
The unit started slightly stronger but it
inched down over the afternoon. The koruna
even touched 31.94 against the euro (last
week low) just after the close. There was no
domestic impetus and we do not expect any
one till Friday when Foreign trade data are due.
Today, the trading session may be similar to
yesterday one. No data are due (except
unimportant money supply data). Thus, the
key role might play a return of London traders back to their desks. The koruna may
stay flat because the technical barrier at
32.00 impedes another weakening.
