The yesterday´s trading in the koruna was very quiet although the retail sales were higher than expected

The yesterday's trading started very quietly and the koruna fluctuated within 31,50 EUR/CZK. Even higher than expected retail sales did not bring fresh air to the market. Foreign investors were not active yesterday so the trading volumes were very light. Today we expect quiet trading with light volumes. Retreating central European currencies could send the koruna slightly down. Some excitement can be brought by ČNB meeting next Thursday. The koruna opened at 31,535 this morning and within the day it might move within the ragne of 31,45-31,65 EUR/CZK.
