Yesterday the Czech currency began at 32.100 against the euro and at 28.550
against the dollar. It appreciated slightly against the euro and remained
stable against the American currency. But before noon the koruna started
appreciating against the dollar in line with the development on Eurodollar
markets. It finished the trading session at 28,400. The rate EUR/CZK closed
without any changes on Wednesday. The koruna wiped out its initial loss and
closed on the same level of 32,100 after a volatile trading.
This morning
the rate USD/CZK opened at 28,360 and should stay in a range of 28,050 and
28,550. The rate EUR/CZK opened at 32,100 again and should stay between
32,000 and 32,200. Both rates might be influenced by macro data released
today. If it is close to forecast the impact will be negligible.
