Podle Euro Online, požaduje kyperská společnost Goldenfranzil Limited, držitel 3,7 % v Unipetrolu, svolání mimořádné valné hromady. Goldenfranzil tvrdí, že změny stanov vynucené majoritním vlastníkem PKN Orlen znemožnily minoritním akcionářům spolurozhodovat o prodeji Kaučuku a Spolany.
