Ministerstvo financí České republiky plánuje v květnu 2013 uskutečnit čtyři emise dluhopisů, a chce tak získat až 13 miliard korun Kč. Dále hodlá vydat státní pokladniční poukázky za dalších 8 miliard korun. Za celé druhé čtvrtletí chce potom MFČR realizovat emise dluhopisů se získáním nejvýše 50 miliard korun v konkurenční části aukcí. V případě pokladničních poukázek si ministerstvo stanovilo horní limit až na 42 miliard korun.
