Prokom (127 PLN, 0,71%) has reported that it filed a motion to suspend its shares as of 28 March 2008 (Friday). Our view: We believe the news should have a neutral trading impact. The suspension is related to the merger between Prokom and Asseco (73 PLN, 1,11%) Poland (a WIG20 member) and had to be done at the latest the moment an appropriate court approves Asseco/Prokom merger. This should take place any day now. From the moment the merger is registered it should take between 7-14 days to allocate the merger shares.
