CEZ signed an agreement to buy 76% of Albanian power distributor OSSH. Our view: Since CEZ was declared as a winner of the tender for OSSH in October bidding EUR 102m for the stake the current agreement is only a technical step in line with the market expectations. We consider the news as neutral.
