(68 PLN, -14,56%) Poland plans to issue new shares by the end of this year to fund its purchase of a 24 pct stake in peer (133 PLN, 6,43%), an analyst present at a company breifing told (11 EUR, -0,18%) Financial News.
"First they will fund it all from a bank loan, and then they will refinance that with a share issue before the end of the year," the analyst said.
"The reaction to this from analysts at today's conference with the company was very negative."
