According to a local press, TELO2 CR will force all its customers with calling programs to switch to a flat-rate plan within about a month if they have not already done so. Unless customers give notice of leaving, they will automatically be assigned to one of three flat-rate programs (CZK 249, 499 or 749 per month), based on their use during the past six months. In some cases, customers will be required to pay more than they are currently paying. /just FYI; TELO2 CR is likely an attempt to force a flat-rate plan on customers who spend only a small amount, before they switch to a virtual operator with a better offer and also low-paying customers are most probably not willing to shift to flat-rate programs to pay more for unlimited services as we have been expected.
