Producer prices accelerated again in December, according to our analysts. We expect to see inflation in production terms come in at 5.7% y/y after 5.3% in November. Month-on-month growth is 0.3%. Food production should again be the main contributor. There is also growth in refinery production costs due to higher oil prices, but this contribution should not be as significant as that coming from the food industry.
