The PX-50 index closed down by 1.31% to 639.3 yesterday. A single seller stood behind yesterday’s sell-off, which affected most of the major Czech blue chips. Komercni banka was hardest hit as it surrendered 3.2% of its value, and Cesky Telecom lost 2.4%. CEZ managed to stay on the positive side, the only title to do so, closing 0.2% above the previous day’s close. The selling yesterday came on the back of no apparent news, though we generally remain positive on the market. Volume in the SPAD trading system reached USD 41.6 mil.
