Prague lost a further 3.35% on Wednesday, the decline led by Cesky Telecom, which lost 4.12% to close at CZK 409.60. The stock’s intra-day low was CZK 404.50, with a good volume of more than 636,000 shares changing hands. Other stocks followed in line with Cesky Telecom — Ceska sporitelna was down 2.61% at CZK 212.90, CEZ was down 2.44% at CZK 85.02, and Unipetrol was down 1.62% at CZK 63.29. We saw buyers in Ceske radiokomunikace to the CZK 1,300 level, but the stock still closed 0.69% weaker at CZK 1304. Total market volume reached USD 15.7 mil. on Wednesday. Prague should trade in line with the major markets today.
