ODS led government faces no-confidence vote today, initiated by Social Democrats (CSSD). Our view: As the opposition would need 101 votes to succeed, while currently it has only 98 seats in the Parliament plus one of its MP won’t be present today. Overall there is a need for 4 votes from coalition, however nobody seems to support the CSSD’s effort from ODS, nor from two ex-CSSD members Melcak and Pohanka. As a result we don’t expect this effort to be successful.
